With its rocks, woods, lovely lake, and bracing air, Kodaikanal is an ideal hill station for tourists.
Bryant Park is situated on the eastern side of the lake and is noted for its flowers, hybrids, and grafts; cut flowers are exported from here.
A glasshouse shelters fine varieties of flowers, and the Flower Show is conducted annually in May as part of the summer festival.
The Lake is a magnificent star-shaped body of water that glitters like a jewel amidst the emerald-green wooded slopes.
A 5-kilometer long black-topped road skirts this 24-hectare lake and serves as the focal point of Kodaikanal.
